1. Cancellation

1.2. Upon cancellation, access to the services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.3. We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s subscription if they violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to misuse of services, non-payment, or breach of intellectual property rights.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds are available only within 14 days from the date of payment. To request a refund, please contact at [email protected].

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.

2.3. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, and all payments are non-refundable.

2.4. Any positive account balance, excluding promotional credits, may be refunded upon request.

2.5. We are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to the refund process by third-party payment processors.
